For the attention of Mr Bailey.

Dear Sirs,

We thank you for the interview given to our representative Mr.J.C. Young, and we have today sent, under separate cover, a quart sample of ICO for test in your laboratory.

We recommend a dilution of .15 pint per 1 1/2 gallons of water for light cars and for heavy cars or lorries .25 pints per 2 1/2 gallons of water. This will prevent for formation of rust in the radiator and cooling system.

ICO is already being used for this purpose by one of the largest automobile manufacturers in the country.

We shall be pleased to quote you for supplies in bulk when the results of your test are available.

Yours faithfully,
NEWTON, CHAMBERS & CO LTD.,
