| X6006. 4.5.30. Extract from Mr.Hancock's report on 23-EX after 5,000 miles. DYNAMO. The arrangement for a less charge during the day of the dynamo has not been satisfactory. The output is too great for the day's mileage, and a considerable amount of water has been evaporated from the accumulators. For night driving with all lamps on and the instrument board light, the dynamo does not maintain the drain on the accumulators. The dynamo itself is quiet and is in good condition. | ||
