Referring to yours BY13/P3.10.22, and BY14/P31.8.22., also to the discussion which took place here on the 17th. inst. with Mr. Bailey of Ferodo Ltd., I shall be pleased to learn whether you desire instructions to be issued to Ferodo Ltd., that all further supplies of Brake liners, either for 40/50 HP. chassis or for Goshawk 11, must not be coated with the black pigment which Mr. Bailey stated was merely used to improve the appearance of the liner and permit of gold transfers being used. You already know the appearance the liners have before the black pigment is applied, as you have a sample. Should you desire to have for experimental purposes a further supply of liners without the black finish, please let me know how many you require and I will get them. Wd.{Mr Wood/Mr Whitehead} | ||
