To HPS.{Horace Percy Smith - Experimental Factory Mgr} from Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/AFM.{Anthony F. Martindale} c. By/TWD.{T. W. D???Aeith} 206 Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/AFM.{Anthony F. Martindale}4/AP.3.8.37 BENTLEY AND WRAITH BRAKE TOGGLES. The stiffer toggles GB.2705 instructed in By/TWD.{T. W. D???Aeith}1/E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} 28.5.37 should be fitted to 24.G.V1. when the drums are changed. A set of these toggles should be fitted to 5.B.1V. and any other Bentley having its brakes modified. Will you please smear the toggles with the white 'Keenol' Grease instead of ordinary oil; and we would like 'Keenol' to be used on all experimental chassis for lubricating pin joints, where now oil is used in assembly.
