We postponed the work on (a) because an aluminium dash was in progress, which controlled the job to a certain extent. We would like your sanction for (b) in due course. LIGHTER CLUTCH AND FLYWHEEL. This has been instructed many months. PROPELLER SHAFT & JOINTS. The Mechanic's Joints which were to be tested on the first car have been instructed. The designs of the improved oil retaining type we have in progress. Regarding the gearbox we have not yet commenced the design of the India type for EAC.7., but will make this the next job after completing the modifications to India gearbox for lowering floorboards, which scheme we are issuing tomorrow.
