Coverley - Production Engineer} have been appointed to go right throughout the chassis, with a view to reducing costs, and of course, they are anxious to get all the suggestions they can from any source to assist them, afterwards either pass them on by correspondence to E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer}, or have, which is far better, discussions, so as to arrive at wise conclusions.
