(13) Luggage Boot - Cont'd)

The shape of the rear quarters and the boot to be set up on the full-size drawing after Hn.{F. C. Honeyman - Retail orders} has arranged for you to take particulars of the car now used by Mr Lappin. The rear squab board to be moved forward as on that car, and approximately 1.500".

(14) Body Mounting to be by Floatex bushes in the chassis brackets as drawn. We shall experiment with other types of mounting.

(15) Rear Number Plate. - Lucas - with quarter bumpers. The bumpers will be supplied by ourselves.

(16) Ashtrays, to be of coal-scuttle type.

(17) Cigar lighters, one front and one rear.

(18) Rear Cushion not to pass around the front of the rear armrests.

We confirm that the actual construction of this body be held up until we have tried 1.B.5. and the design of the boot and rear quarters is settled. We wish you to go ahead with the modifications of the drawing and we will call on you on Thursday of this week.

Yours faithfully,
FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED.
