Engine cut-out issues when opening the throttle at low speed on a gradient.

The worst condition is on a gradient at 4 m.p.h.
snap opening to 1/3 throttle; engine cuts out dead.

As regards (2), this would be greatly improved
with more economic setting at the high speeds.
