-2- Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/GR.{George Ratcliffe}14/KW.7.6.35. The worst condition is on a gradient at 4 m.p.h. snap opening to 1/3 throttle; engine cuts out dead. As regards (2), this would be greatly improved with more economic setting at the high speeds. We would welcome your comments on the above, and hope the information will be of interest.
