| 1124 To Mr. Whitehead, Works Laboratory. CYLINDER BLOCKS. -------------------- We are sending three cylinder blocks for your attention. Will you please have these cut up to suit and produce micro-photographs of the section at the top of the bore (one side only), to show the characteristic shape of the worn portion (at top of bore), over an area of say 1.500" down the bore, this on the non-plated block.
