ANTI FREEZING COMPOUNDS.

We are handing to you samples of 'Zero' and 'Stop-it' anti-freezing mixtures. Will you please analyse these and let us have your opinion as to their effect on descaling the cylinder water jackets (on cars) and stopping up the water ways. You will recollect the trouble experienced in this direction, when using glycerine. In our instruction book we have previously recommended, glycerine and glyco-thymoline, but in view of the experience with glycerine have deleted it. We have now no alternative to offer with the exception of Prestone (an American product used successfully in U.S.A. on our cars.) We will try and obtain a sample of Prestone for comparative analysis.
