Dear Sir,

Re: Chassis 11.B.5.

We confirm we left with you yesterday a print of PD.355, shewing the front wheel of the B.5. chassis on full bump and lock, and also a print of PD.356 shewing this bumped and locked wheel applied to the tracing of the front wing of 11.B.5. which you kindly supplied to us.

We have indicated what we think is the valance shape giving the minimum clearance for the type and would point out that we do not mind a slight foul on this extreme condition of full bump and lock.

Yours faithfully,
FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED.

CHIEF ENGINEER - CHASSIS.
