During my last visit to London I was able to discuss several points with Sp{Mr Spinney}, who was investigating the question of fumes in bodies, and I attach a copy of a report he has recently submitted to LHS.{Lord Herbert Scott} which I thought would interest you. Will Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} please specially note the last paragraph and can he arrange for this to be tried out on several Experimental Cars. Possibly Hm.{Capt. W.
