The average daily records of air and water temperature during our 9,000 miles in France, confirm that the cooling is normal for a Phantom car. The shutters, being integral with the radiator, should increase the cooling efficiency slightly. This we anticipate would be in the region of a reduction in temperature of 1°C or 2°C.
