the rate of heat dissipation.
We see no reason why our own design of outside primary coil should not be ventilated.
It may be the case that our heat test is too severe but nevertheless our present standard coil passes it and before relaxing the conditions of test it would be necessary to confirm the severity or otherwise of the test conditions by actual chassis measurements.
Upon your instruction we will unwind the coil for examination of the construction and to ascertain the cause of failure.

We should like another De Jon coil to test under normal conditions only as owing to this failure early on in our tests no data on performance is available. HEW.
