SILENCER FOR
"NEW PHANTOMCodename for PHANTOM I".

Now the Works have produced a satisfactory silencer for Phantoms, please arrange for this to be fitted on all our cars which are used for driving customers, in place of the standard exhaust, which we found to be unduly noisy.

We of course should not mention these new silencers to customers who already have Phantoms, unless they are complaining seriously, when their complaints should be referred to the Administration to be dealt with.

BJ.
