Dear Sirs, With further reference to your letter of 21st ultimo re the fitting of Bentley Type Battery to our 20/25-HP Cars, we have received a communication from Messrs. Chloride Electrical, who welcome the idea of standardising the Bentley Type battery for 20/25-HP, and state that their battery gives 14% greater capacity than the battery we are at present fitting to 20/25-HP. This you will notice is contradictory to your statement. Perhaps you will look further into the matter, and we shall be pleased to discuss the subject with Mr. Minchin when he visits our Works on Monday next. Yours faithfully, For and on behalf of ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED. H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} ROYCE. Buyer. | ||
