New brake pedal stop for the Phantom III servo, referencing schedule N.Sch.4721.

Engineer}11/KW.14.1.36). The sheet metal scheme is for use with existing pieces but we prefer the modified bearing housing with riveted pin and would like this to be used as soon as practicable.
