I am quite in agreement with your memo of April 24th. and am distressed to hear that we cannot manage to send out these simple tools so that they are not a disgrace to us. We ought to be able to send out some really good tools, of correct material, correctly machined, and carefully case-hardened and otherwise heat treated.
