Dear Mr. Smith, Confirming our telephone conversation to-day, the Phantom III will be at Dagenham mid-day to-morrow (Friday). We should be glad if you would furnish the driver with insurance cover to keep our records in order. Will it be possible for you to send the car back to Derby with one of your drivers on Monday ?
