EXTRACT FROM R5/IB30315 of MARCH 30th, 1915. RE X.2514 - EAGLE ENGINE SPARKING PLUGS. "I have no objection to the vertical and horizontal position of the bolt holes, as shown in figure 5, providing we think they are as accessible as the usual diagonal position shown in figure 1.
