The County Chemical Co. Ltd.,
Chemico Works,
BIRMINGHAM, 5.

For the attention of Mr.W.T.Dames.

Dear Sirs,

We regret that we do not recommend to our customers the use of any anti-freeze mixture which we have not tested to satisfy ourselves as to its effectiveness and possibility of causing damage to the engines of our cars. Since your "Stop-it" Freezing Mixture has not been tested in this manner there will be no point in us providing you with the particulars requested in your letter, ref. WTD/NN/WM. of June 1938.

Yours faithfully,

for ROLLS-ROYCE LTD.
