W/S. H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} from Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} 4457 Hsl/LG3. 2. 25. RAPSON TYRES. STEERING WOBBLES. Attached herewith are copies of reports sent to Messrs. Rapson in connection with 40/50 HP. tyres. We have never agreed that the Rapson tyres have given better mileage than the Dunlop tyres. We think Mr. Rapson obtained his figures by averaging up the mileage on our chart. In the Dunlop figures he included tyres which had only run 100 miles or so, and were definitely destroyed by braking tests. In our averages, we have left out these as it is not a fair comparison.
