RE - E.A.C. ENGINE.

The above engine has been overhauled, and we give below list of jobs that has received attention.

1. 110° Camshaft Fitted.
2. Umbrella Valves E.70818 fitted in Cylinder Head.
3. Connecting Rods re-Whitemetalled.
4. New Top-half (Whitemetal) Crankshaft Thrust Bearing fitted.
5. Teeth turned off Gear Ring on Flywheel.
6. Slipper Flywheel Whitemetalled on faces, and Fibre Washers discarded.
7. Gudgeon Pins to 40/50 HP design, LsC 1758 (Sch:1), fitted.
8. Oil Pump Suction Pipe modified, and Fins arranged on Pump Chamber Cover to collect dirt.

Cylinders.
It was necessary to go over the Cylinder Tubes to stop leaks.

Cylinder Head.
The condition of Monel Metal Tubes was excellent, no signs of water leaks on test. There is no doubt that these Tubes stand up much better than Mild-Steel Tubes.
