Wednesday Jan. 15. would be a suitable date as far as I am concerned, and unless I hear to the contrary I will arrange to be in Derby then. As regards further visits I understood verbally from HS.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} that they would like us to come up approximately every month. Wed. Feb. 12., Wed. Mar. 12., and Wed. April 9. would give intervals of 4 weeks, and as far as one can tell now would be suitable.
