OIL SEALS.

Please receive herewith G.CD.1340 shewing the double oil seal with a filling of heavy oil, which BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} wishes to test.

As the trouble arose on a Phantom III we have drawn an adaptation for that axle, but actually the device will be tested on a rig, and all that is required is a rough detail of the oil seal housing itself, to which the rig will be adapted.
