Total 33. | 33. | By.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} is instructing a number of spindles to be produced in nitralloy, and bushes of chilled cast phosper bronze. Also, a further experiment with nitralloy spindles used in the rolled mica bush. A few of these are now being fitted and a report will be made after some experience is obtained. Hallam - Head Repairs}147, it should be the exception for the Company to have to pay for overoiling, as this complaint was overcome with strutted cylinders which commenced E2A series. A further improvement is the asbestos grummett which has been standardised to replace the felt washer. | ||
