x204 GWH{George W. Hancock - Head Chateauroux} To Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}......from Ev.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} copy to Hy.{Tom Haldenby - Plant Engineer} R.{Sir Henry Royce} Ev{Ivan Evernden - coachwork}4/IH.19.3.34. re:- 5.B.4. - Experimental Bentley. --------- We understand that you will be fitting to this car the metal front floor boards to Le.C.3781, but modified in accordance with Ev.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork}6/HP.15.3.34. We are proposing to make the remainder of the front floor under the seats in metal (aluminium) and the wells in steel. We would like to treat this floor and the rear foot well with rubber on the top and asbestos underneath, as on the chassis boards. Could you please tell us to whom we should send the parts for the vulcanising of the rubber and the adding of the asbestos. Ev.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} ---- | ||
