DEPARTMENTAL CORRESPONDENCE.

Internal Correspondence.

At the present moment it is the practice for hand-written notes to circulate between individuals in the chassis division at Derby. Unless such hand-written notes have a definite request written on them that they should be typed, they will not be typed. If they are typewritten they will be submitted to the author before consigning to the addressee.

External Correspondence.

All letters to circulate externally will be submitted to the author for checking after they have been typed. after they have been checked they must be returned to Miss Lander, who will be responsible for mailing them.

Such letters should be initialled by the author before they are stamped with the Departmental signature.
