To all Officials, Superintendents and Foremen.

IDENTITY BADGES.

Details have already been circulated of the system of Identity Badges which is to be inaugurated in the various Rolls-Royce factories.

I wish it to be understood that this system should be taken seriously, because it would very rapidly become useless unless everyone co-operates in conforming to the regulations.

It is part of the scheme that every employee of the Company, whatever his position, shall at all times wear the Identity Badge whilst on the firm's premises, and there should be no exception to this rule.
