PHANTOM II EXHAUST - QUARTERLY COMPLAINTS.

Further to Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}3/MJ.1.2.32.

We find that on the present cars it has been arranged that the exhaust cut-out shall only be fitted to Continental P.2 cars, and at customers request. This practice has been in operation for some time on Phantom II.

We propose sending a Depot Sheet round suggesting that in cases where the cut-out is complained of, the cut-out could be removed and a blanking plate fitted at the end of the silencer as long as the customer agrees.
