D17/DL13.4.26 With reference to my previous memos, in order to settle questions which have been raised, the decision of the Administration is that the instruction which has already been circulated is only to apply where 48 hours or more notice can be given. Sn{Mr Sanderson} has undertaken to apply for these tickets so that if you require any tickets under the circumstances named in these memos, please ask Sn{Mr Sanderson} to obtain them for you.
