SLIPPER WHEEL ON NEW TYPE 20 HP.
CRANKSHAFT DAMPER.

X5010

The new type slipper wheel as designed will only take fibre friction washers. We have been in continual trouble with these washers on 12-G-4, owing to the co-efficient of friction varying.

We wish always in future to put cotton duck washers in these spring drives. Unfortunately we cannot get cotton duck washers in without altering the dimensions of the back plate because they are considerably thinner than the fibre.

Would you please make the necessary alterations to the details of this drive so that any further ones which are made can be fitted with cotton duck washers.
