In accordance with signed Instruction Schedule for above, issue of detail drawings should be completed by November 5th. 1938 for Class "A" parts, and by November 12th 1938 for the remainder. The following sections, however, are not yet released by D.O. although apparently cleared by your memo' ref: By.1/N.5.11.38. Unless releases are maintained in accordance with agreed schedule, production will be affected, and it is therefore necessary that these sections be cleared as quickly as possible. The following sections are not yet released for "C" Series :- 5200 Oil Fittings. 6110 Prop. Shaft. 6152 Front Brake Inter.
