We are sending you under separate cover the following:- (1) 5 Minature Tumler switches which have been treated by Mr. Hall with satisfactory results. (2) 3 Minature lamp holders ditto. (3) 1 Single pole Ediswan quick break switch. Regarding item 1. you will now have half a dozen of the dozen treated, of the remainder two have been sent to Messrs. Lucas for treatment and the others have been treated by Mr. Hall with various results. These will have to be changed for six others so that you will have the whole set alike. Regarding item 2. of the other three holders one was experimentally treated by Mr. Hall with unsatisfactory effect. Two have been sent to Messrs. Lucas for treatment, three more properly treated will be sent to you in due course. Regarding item 3. we regret to say that we now find that we cannot obtain another Trumbell battery switch/type already sent to you, but we are now sending you a switch of another type which we think you may like for your engine room switch board. Switches of this type can certainly be obtained as there is a stock in the town and I have reserved some provisionally. They can be obtained either single pole or double pole, also they can be obtained mounted as per sample, or unmounted for fixing up on a wooden base board. (Contd). | ||
