Dear Sirs,

PART NO. F. {Mr Friese} 85395.

With reference to the two Shock Damper Valve Bellows Units returned to us on your Replacement Order No. R.4301 dated the 12th Oct. we have examined these and very much regret our error in sending you one fitted with 7½ convs. instead of 6½ convs.

This is being rectified and returned to you immediately.

There is one point on your drawing which presents some difficulty and to which we should like to call your attention. You ask for a choc-a-bloc length of .536 - 25, at the same time asking that after the deflection is tested the free length of .636 + 50 should be maintained.

It is almost impossible to produce bellows to have a definite solid length as well as a definite free length.

Might we suggest that your drawing be modified to state that the maximum choc-a-bloc length is .636 - 25, the note regarding the free length being left un-altered.

This will allow us to supply bellows which will compress at least to .536, and possibly more, giving you
