To Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} 1163.

Hand wound Ashdown rotoscope which we have is quite a good instrument, attached letter on electrical rotoscope indicates this is only luxury model of former & do not consider it is warranted.

Together with the Stroboscope which we borrow off Aero people we are OK for these instruments.
