One or two other small modifications we discussed will
be introduced when the scheme comes up for revision.

OIL FITTINGS.

We propose for the oil filler a simple large cap in
the valve rocker cover on top of the engine, this cap to have a
cylindrical split extension entering a parallel hole in the rocker
to retain it in position.

SPECIAL BALL BEARINGS.

There is no necessity for using special ball bearings
on Japan 3. The ball bearings remaining are few in number and
will be taken from the standard list.
