WXA.1 AND WXA.2.

The special cylinder blocks which are now avail-
able should be fitted to the above cars as soon as
convenient. The blocks are special in that they are fitted
with short cylinder liner inserts.

2 in R.R. material.
2 " Ni-cro-mo material.
2 " Phosphor Chrome.

and are for information on bore wear.

Both engines have raised crown Aerolite pistons
which, if in good condition, should be retained.

New tin plated rings to be supplied by Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/CTS.{C. Trot Salt - Carburation}

E.60820 top compression ring.
E.61123 2nd. L section compression ring.
EB.9122 Scraper ring.

The cylinder blocks have the modified cored
holes on the top face which do not match up with the old
type of heads on these cars.

This occurs on the exhaust side of the bores
between Nos. 1 and 2 cyls. and Nos. 5 and 6 cyls.

To match up with the cylinder block and B.V.
Klingerit gasket, drill a single hole between the two
existing holes in the cylinder head in the above described
positions.
