Dear Sirs,

Your ref. G/Cam/CA.13/JM.{Mr Morley}

We are in receipt of yours of the 13th reference as above, regarding our invoice No.36236 and have carefully noted your remarks.

We should, however, like to mention that according to our records two batches each consisting of 6 of these special springs EX.777 were sent you, and those covered by invoice No.36236 were actually posted by us on 15th December "For the attention of Mr.Ratcliffe"; and a further 6 were sent you on the 1st January against your order 31121. These were not production springs, but were made up specially in each instance, but inadvertently the batch sent you on 1st January and covered by our invoice D.78679 were invoiced at the rate for the production springs, Part No.P.17068.

We shall be glad to hear whether this information enables you to trace delivery of the two batches of springs under discussion; and meanwhile, we remain,

Yours faithfully,

THE ZENITH CARBURETTER CO.LTD.
