-2- RM{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/AFH.10/MH.{M. Huckerby}19.9.38. With both roll rods, S.S.V. still understeers 1½ degrees, on the Skid pan. Will you please design a roll rod on the rear of S.III. It is important that the fixings on the shock damper arms should be settled as soon as possible so that scrap will be avoided. The actual diameter of the rod will have to be left in abeyance until we are able to get skid pan and roll rate figures of the design front rod and new rear spring front anchorage position.
