Eliminating noise from sleeves and securing silent gears.

greatly eliminated, and the persistent flopping noise of the sleeves would be greatly damped, that is assuming of course that the sleeves themselves are riveted securely to the brass locating rings.

Now that we have secured almost silent gears, the other noises show up considerably.
