Dear Sirs,

We thank you for your letter of the 12th inst. and for the particulars contained therein, unfortunately the job we proposed using your "running in" compound for has fallen through for the time being, we shall therefore not require any for some time.

We propose therefore to get in touch with you at some future date for further particulars.

May we thank you for your offer to supply a quantity for test purposes and trust we have not inconvenienced you at any great extent.
