We hand you herewith a Ph.III Radiator matrix, we have already handed a Ph.III matrix unit which is scrap, to the radiator shop. Will you please remove the tanks from the latter and fit them to the former. Will you then please fit the completed matrix unit to 37-EX car which we will put in the shop on Monday for this purpose.
