Messrs. Rolls-Royce Ltd.,
DERBY

Dear Sirs;

Attention of Mr. Platford.

We have now completed the new Model car at Messrs. Maythorn & Son, Biggleswade and we think that when you get a chance of inspecting this job you will be very pleased. There are one or two minor details where we might improve on the next car in regard to the Steering Joint Covers, but taking the job all round we think it is fairly satisfactory.

We have well filled the Joints with grease as you will see and it certainly makes these Joints dust-proof at the same time keeping them well lubricated.

When the time comes for you to go into the matter of standardisation, the writer will be very pleased to come up and go into the matter with you and we feel sure that we will be in a position to make you a very satisfactory price for the complete job.
