RECEIVED APR 21 1928 BY/Mtn6/K.{Mr Kilner} 21. 4. 28. Hm{Capt. W. Hallam - Head Repairs} C. EFC. C. EFC/Mr. Brock. CHASSIS 83-MC. CRICKLEWOOD. Referring to your memo Hm{Capt. W. Hallam - Head Repairs}/AVS9/MW18.4.28., in connection with the failure of the ignition coil on the above chassis, we consider in view of Mr. Brock's report that the coil should be replaced against Works' Policy. We note that this chassis has been in service for approximately 3 years, and possibly Sales may think we are justified in charging the customer a certain percentage, but we, of course, cannot decide this.
