PR [Stamp: RECEIVED ROLLS-ROYCE LTD 13 FEB 1924] GOSHAWK 11. Hugo We send herewith N.scheme 1751, shewing a sheet metal tail brakket constructed on the lines of the present bracket, but suitable for carrying lucas tail lamp No. B.211.S. It will be noted that we have put up the size of the U bolt to either 1.BA. or 1/4, the chief reason being that since this is a fitting handled by the coachbuilder we feel that 2.BA. nuts are likely to be stripped. Since Sales urgently want this lamp bracket on production we would be glad if you could arrange for an experimental bracket to be tried forthwith. DA.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} | ||
