Will you please send me, by return, the specification of Price's Engine Oil which you use - I think it is "C" - for "New PhantomCodename for PHANTOM I" engines, and also "Castrol" XL. We are in the habit of periodically checking up the specification of "Tonneline" oils, and want to make certain that we are making use of oils similar in density, etc. to your own. A propos of oil, it has been thought that a thicker oil will avoid overoiling in "New PhantomCodename for PHANTOM I" engines. This is, of course, reasonable and does undoubtedly reduce the tendency to overoil. At the same time other points have to be considered, for which a thicker oil may not be suitable. I should also appreciate your views on the virtues of "Mobiloil" BB. You may be aware that these people have practically the monopoly of the trade in France, and their organization is very vast. I do not doubt that a great many users of our cars fill up with this oil when on the road, and it would be interesting to know the results of any tests you have made, in order that we may be in a position to reply to any questions on the subject.
