re A.55 Bearing Alloy.

In connection with the experimental bearings of the above alloy which we are fitting to a chassis engine, I have discussed the question of the clearance with Hl. and I think we ought to make this intermediate between white metal and lead bronze to begin with, rather than kick off with white metal clearances. Later on we can try less clearance if the intermediate stage is found satisfactory.
