I would rather think that it is making better parts, partly in design and partly in machinery that is the real cause of less trouble, for instance you have had axle testing rig for a long time. The best policy is to make things right if possible without test, it will and can be done, I hear you say "Yes, Iknow" but there is no harm in pointing it out, if the design is troublesome we must try another.
