As requested by Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} I accompanied BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} to Woolwich to discuss with the Mechanical Warfare Dept. the possibility and attendant problems of installing an evaporatively-cooled Phantom ll engine in the Tanks. BY.{R.W.
